Wizzowl Jewellery is looking for a motivated and results-driven

Assistant Sales Manager

to support and grow our sales operations in Chennai. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the sales team, achieving targets, building customer relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales activities across retail and/or B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets Maintain strong relationships with customers, retailers, and distributors Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotions and campaigns Handle customer queries, escalations, and after-sales coordination Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing, and brand standards
Requirements

Proven experience in sales or business development (preferably jewellery, retail, or luxury sector) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure Proficiency in MS Excel and basic sales reporting Willingness to travel locally when required
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

Experience in jewellery, fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands Exposure to B2B sales, dealer management, or showroom sales Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a sales team
