We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Assistant Sales Manager

to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will assist in driving sales, managing client relationships, and supporting business growth in the B2B sector.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Generate new business leads and maintain relationships with existing clients. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify opportunities. Prepare sales reports, presentations, and forecasts for management. Support in training and mentoring junior sales staff. Attend client meetings, trade shows, and business events as required.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in sales (B2B or relevant industry). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Comfortable with using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
