Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers such as MEPs (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing engineers) architects, interior designers, and builders to enhance the company's presence in the market.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.

Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed.

. Proven experience in sales roles, preferably in the plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), home appliances, energy efficiency, or renewable energy industry.

. Diploma or Degree in Engineering: A background in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) engineering is preferred.

. ITI Certification: A certification from Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) in relevant trades such as electrician, refrigeration, and air-conditioning can be beneficial.

. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
