1. Role Description : Assistant Store Manager

2. Overall JD & Role :

Maintaining high morale in the store team everyday
Clear understanding of the goals and targets laid by the Store Manager
Assuring the store team has clear goals and is motivated to achieve them
Ensuring all snags are reported to the concerned departments and fixed immediately
Assisting the Store Manager in developing business strategies to increase sale and in assessing sales staff to improve them with training
Ensuring store reports are filled accurately and submitted on time
Ensuring all best sellers are in store or replenished at the earliest. Maintain optimum stock at all times
Carrying out the responsibilities of the Store Manager when they are not present
Deal with issues that arise from staff and building trust in them
Ensuring the team follows all SOPs and brand policies
1. Experience Required :

Proven successful experience as a retail Assistant Store Manager of 3+ years
Customer management skills and interpersonal skills
Adaptability and problem solving skills (critical thinker)
High EQ and people's skills
4. Travel : Yes (within city)

5. Reporting to : Store Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
