Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and action plans.

Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Supervise and guide the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts for management.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and product launches.
Attend client meetings, trade shows, and other industry events as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
