What You will do:
Manage the sales team to achieve high performance and meet sales targets.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new sales.
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
Ensure the sales team follows up on leads promptly and efficiently.
Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance to senior management.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Requirements:
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.
Possessing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in real estate sales
