Sales Professional
to lead
Motor Sales
operations in
North India
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving order growth, expanding market share, building strong client relationships, and executing sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region.
Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competition, and opportunities.
Engage with customers to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams for solution development.
Generate leads/RFQs and prepare technical & commercial proposals.
Lead negotiations, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Use CRM tools for sales tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Support project execution, invoicing, dispatches, and payment follow-ups.
Conduct regular customer visits and maintain long-term business relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
7-12 years of experience in
Motor Sales / VFD / MV Drives
domain.
Strong understanding of MV motors, VFD systems, sizing, selection, and industry standards (IEC/NEMA).
Experience in sales forecasting, offer preparation, negotiation, and product marketing.
Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with CRM or Salesforce tools.
Willingness to travel frequently within North India.
