We are now looking for a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Executive to join our growing team and drive business growth by promoting our high-quality hoist solutions to leading builders and civil contractors. Job Summary As an Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Liftec's market presence in India. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales for our Man & Material Hoists within the construction industry. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development

Identify and target potential customers in the construction industry.

Generate leads through web research, client networking, and referrals.

Conduct client visits and hoist demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.

Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. 2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Provide clients with detailed technical and commercial insights about the hoists.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and coordinate hoist delivery schedules promptly. 3. Market Analysis

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and monitor competitor activities.

Share market insights with the team to identify areas for improvement. 4. Quotations & Proposals

Prepare competitive quotations and proposals tailored to customer requirements.

Negotiate terms and close sales deals in alignment with company policies. 5. Team Collaboration

Collaborate with sales, finance, and service teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. 6. Reporting

Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, including customer interactions and progress updates.

Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the management. Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction equipment industry.

Strong knowledge of hoists, lifting equipment, or similar products is preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. What We Offer
