Job Description

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for forklifts, spare parts, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts). Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities through cold calls, client visits, and networking. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat and referral business. Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation of forklifts. Negotiate pricing and contract terms in line with company policies. Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing campaigns. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy cash flow.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering or BBA/MBA in Marketing (preferred).

Experience:

3-6 years in capital equipment / material handling equipment / industrial sales.

Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of forklift operations, specifications, and industrial applications.

Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills Customer relationship management Market analysis and reporting Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Team collaboration and leadership qualities

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Compensation:

As per industry standards (Fixed + Incentive + Allowances)
