We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to lead our residential real estate sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer engagement to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Develop and execute sales strategies for residential and commercial projects
Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approach
Collaborate with marketing for lead generation and campaign execution
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sale engagement
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Fluent in English and Hindi; Punjabi is a plus
Well-groomed, confident, and client-facing personality
