Key Responsibilities
Support the Sales Manager in growing business across multiple areas.
Help in appointing
new distributors
and managing existing ones.
Guide sales executives on daily beats, order booking, and market coverage.
Ensure sales targets are achieved (primary & secondary).
Improve product visibility and availability across markets.
Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and share reports.
Handle retailer & distributor issues professionally.
Plan and execute sales promotional activities.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

Candidate Requirements
4-5 years experience
in FMCG sales (biscuits, snacks, bakery preferred).
Strong experience in distributor & retail network management.
Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to train and guide the sales team.
Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive.
Knowledge of West Bengal, Bihar & Jharkhand markets will be an advantage.
Education
Graduate or MBA (Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
