Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve targets
Manage and support the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients
Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports
Coordinate with operations and other internal teams for smooth execution
Identify new business opportunities and market trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in sales or business development
MBA / Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage targets and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills
Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or 3PL industry (added advantage)
Team handling and client servicing experience
