We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Assistant Sales Manager

to support sales operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales execution, team coordination, and client management.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve targets Manage and support the sales team . Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports Coordinate with operations and other internal teams for smooth execution Identify new business opportunities and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in sales or business development MBA / Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage targets and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Skills

Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or 3PL industry (added advantage) Team handling and client servicing experience
