We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Assistant Manager to join our Solar Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales process, generating leads, building client relationships, and helping drive revenue growth in the solar energy segment.
Key Responsibilities:
? Identify and onboard new channel partners in the solar sector (rooftop and ground-mounted projects).
? Generate leads through channel partners and support them in closing deals.
? Prepare and deliver technical/commercial presentations to channel partners and their prospects.
? Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
? Handle channel partners and work closely with them to help achieve their sales targets.
? Provide product training and regular support to channel partners.
? Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
? Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, logistics) for smooth execution of partner-led projects.
? Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and government policies related to solar.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
? Proven 2+ years of experience in B2B and B2C
? Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Basic technical knowledge of solar PV systems.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
? Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
