We are currently building 'The Qwerty Incubator', a groundbreaking new division of our company. The Inkcubator will be managed by a self-sufficient team of front and back-end executives who oversee the entire life cycle of brands created within that division, along with other incubated brands.

We are looking for energetic and driven individuals to join our team as
Assistant Sales Managers
at The Qwerty Ink. In this role, you will support the B2B sales function by helping identify leads, manage client relationships, and contributing to achieving overall sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have experience or strong interest in corporate gifting, employee engagement, or wellness solutions. You'll work closely with the Sales Manager and internal teams to drive business growth, manage client pipelines, and assist in the execution of sales strategies.
This is a full-time, in-office position (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM - 7 PM), with flexibility for client-specific meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, meetings, and networking opportunities.
Maintain and update client data to ensure accuracy and facilitate timely follow-ups in CRM tools.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and customized solutions for clients.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and corporate partners.
Research potential clients, market trends, and competition to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of client requirements.
Participate in corporate events, exhibitions, or pop-ups to represent the brand and acquire new leads.
Contribute to the onboarding and management of promoters, affiliates, and venue partners as required.
Assist in backend process implementation and operational tasks across brand verticals.
Requirements:
Experience in B2B sales or client servicing (corporate gifting, events, or marketing experience preferred).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of sales pipelines, CRM tools, and lead management processes.
Strong coordination skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
