Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth through effective sales strategies and agent network expansion.
Manage existing agents and recruit new agents to strengthen the sales channel.
Plan and implement local schemes, training, and engagement programs for agents.
Monitor agent productivity and ensure consistent performance and activation.
Conduct roadshows, promotional events, and customer engagement activities to generate leads.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and minimal discrepancies in sales processes.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Underwriting, and Claims) to ensure smooth business operations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the Business Development Manager.
