We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with strong expertise in
high ticket B2C sales
. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through webinars, seminars, and direct customer engagement, ensuring end-to-end sales from lead generation to payment collection. The role demands strong communication, aggressive follow-up, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed
weekly and monthly revenue targets
while maintaining professionalism and customer focus.
Engage with business owners to sell
training and coaching courses
through webinars, seminars, and direct calls.
Manage
end-to-end sales process
: inquiries, objection handling, sales closure, and payment collection.
Continuously
upgrade product knowledge and sales skills
to achieve higher conversion.
Make
outbound calls
for follow-ups, query resolution, and sales closing.
Maintain and update sales reports, customer data, and CRM records accurately.
Drive repeat business through
upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
.
Build and nurture
long-term relationships
with customers to generate referrals.
Work proactively on weekends to maximize sales opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years of hardcore sales experience
in:
High Ticket Sales, / High-Value Sales Direct Sales, / B2C Sales Insurance, / High Volume Sales, Post Webinar or Inside Sales (preferred)
Strong
customer orientation
with the ability to adapt to diverse prospects.
Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
(written & verbal).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
