A Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the sales team, managing schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Support Sales Team

: Assist sales representatives by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information to ensure smooth operations.

Customer Relations

: Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Order Management

: Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, discounts, and product numbers, and follow up on order fulfillment.

Sales Reporting

: Track sales metrics and prepare reports for management to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Training and Development

: Assist in training new sales staff and provide ongoing support to ensure they meet their quotas and targets.

Coordination of Sales Activities

: Organize sales presentations, maintain sales materials, and coordinate marketing events to support the sales team.
