Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to drive sales

growth, expand market presence, and manage client relationships. The candidate will play a

key role in developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and supporting business

expansion in the assigned region/vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

? Identify new business opportunities and expand client base in the assigned industry

segments.

? Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

? Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and

potential areas of growth.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to

ensure seamless client servicing and delivery.

? Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.

? Handle negotiations, finalize deals, and ensure timely collections.

? Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring alignment with organizational

goals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

? MBA in Marketing & Sales from a recognized institute.

? 5-7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in uniforms, luggage, footwear, or

corporate gifting industry.

? Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

? Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.

? Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel as per business needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
