Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

: Assist in planning and implementing sales strategies and campaigns. Identify new business opportunities and market trends. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Team Leadership & Support

: Supervise, train, and coach sales staff to achieve performance targets. Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture. Assist in recruiting and onboarding new sales team members.

Customer Relationship Management

: Maintain and grow strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner.

Reporting & Analysis

: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales progress.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

: Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and customer service departments. Ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹48,740.53 per month
