PLC, HMI, SCADA, Drives, and Industrial IoT solutions
. The ideal candidate will be key in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in the assigned territory or vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and acquire new customers for Siemens automation solutions.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts by understanding their automation needs and offering tailored solutions.
Promote and sell Siemens products such as
PLC (S7-1200/1500), HMI, SCADA systems (WinCC), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and Industrial IoT platforms
.
Conduct regular client visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.
Collaborate with internal application and engineering teams for solution design and pre-sales support.
Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, tenders, and techno-commercial offers.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve market positioning.
Maintain CRM and ensure timely reporting of sales activities and forecasts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Automation preferred).
3-5 years
of experience in
sales of Siemens Automation Products
is mandatory.
Sound knowledge of industrial automation systems and applications across various industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on understanding of Siemens TIA Portal and associated tools.
Exposure to verticals like OEMs, Machine Builders, System Integrators, or End-Users.
