1 - 2 Years of related experience in marketing calls preferably real estate

Associates/Bachelor's Degree or Diploma from a reputed institution

Candidate must have their own vehicle.

Must be comfortable for site visits.

English and Hindi communication skills.

Convincing skills

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Responding enquiries and understanding the requirements and sharing relevant information about the properties.

Updating all the information and scheduling property visits.

Responding to inbound calls to provide information.

Cold Calling and converting meetings.

Site visits with the clients.

Scheduling follow-up calls and ensuring the clients are contacted.

Ensuring all enquiries with feedbacks are updated regularly in the software.

Supporting the sales team.
