Assist in developing monthly/quarterly sales plans in alignment with company goals.
Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Regularly review performance of the sales team and provide guidance to improve results.
Forecast demand and assist in planning product availability.
Identify new market segments, potential customers, and business opportunities.
Conduct field visits to dealers, distributors, institutions, corporate clients, and key accounts.
Strengthen channel network through dealer onboarding, distributor tie-ups, and partner support.
Promote new and existing products by conducting product demos and presentations.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and product-related concerns promptly.
Coordinate with the service/support team for after-sales support.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Support and mentor Sales Executives / Sales Coordinators on field activities, negotiations, and customer handling.
Assist in training new sales team members on product knowledge and sales strategies.
Encourage teamwork, field discipline, and professional communication standards.
Collect and analyze market data related to pricing, demand, competitor activities, and customer expectations.
Share monthly competitor and market trend reports with the Sales Manager.
Recommend pricing and promotional strategies based on market feedback.
Ensure timely order booking, dispatch follow-ups, invoicing, and payment collection as per company guidelines.
Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Finance & Service teams for smooth execution of sales orders.
Monitor accounts receivables and ensure timely payment from clients and dealers.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales MIS reports.
