Description



This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Malappuram. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team in meeting sales targets, managing customer relationships, and coordinating sales activities. Tasks include tracking sales performance, assisting in the development of sales strategies, preparing sales reports, and providing customer feedback to the management team. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications



Experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and developing sales strategies Strong analytical and report preparation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in the furniture or retail industry is a plus
