Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients in the shipping and freight forwarding domain.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
Generate qualified sales leads and convert them into successful business deals.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
