Job Profile:
Generate business requirements through clients, consultants, and architects for the company's complete product range.
Establish and expand industrial business footprint in South India while driving sales in the Lucknow and Chandigarh region.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to identify new clients, industries, and market segments.
Conduct market research, gather intelligence on customer strategies, and provide timely insights to management.
Manage pre-sales and sales activities including tender preparation, technical & commercial documentation for AHUs.
Analyze business potential, create opportunities, and consistently achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with application, operations, and engineering teams to deliver customer-fit solutions.
Support tendering, finalizations, and ensure smooth project execution.
Drive brand visibility through PR and client engagement activities.
Prepare MIS reports, recommend process improvements, and ensure timely collection of payments/compliance documents.
Liaise with the factory for order placement, documentation, and dispatch coordination.
Independently handle technical assignments across pre-sales, sales, design, procurement, and execution stages.
Provide site-level application engineering and project support when required.
