Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies
Generate new business leads and follow up on enquiries
Meet architects, interior designers, builders, and clients to promote company products/services
Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and execution teams
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for closures
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Track sales activities and prepare regular sales reports
Support negotiation and closing of deals
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and interior industry developments
Skills & Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in
interior design, modular furniture, fit-out, or related field
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand drawings, layouts, and interior concepts (basic knowledge)
Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools is an added advantage
