Position: Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Handle sales of premium residential complexes & commercial projects Attend customer inquiries, site visits & follow-ups Build strong client relationships and achieve monthly sales targets Present project features, specifications & pricing professionally Maintain updated customer records and market intelligence

Requirements:

? Strong communication & negotiation skills

?Minimum 1 year Experience in real estate sales preferred (freshers with passion may also apply)

? Customer-focused, confident & energetic personality

? Ability to work independently and meet targets

? Good knowledge of Kozhikode city is an added advantage

Qualification: Minimum Degree, MBA is preferrable
