Job Description

We are looking for a

proactive and result-driven Assistant Sales Manager

to lead and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sales operations, team management, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Identify and convert new business leads through various channels Monitor daily sales activities and maintain performance reports Mentor and train new team members to improve productivity Collaborate with marketing and support teams to enhance customer satisfaction Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of client queries Support management in developing and executing sales strategies

Requirements:



Proven experience in sales and team handling (minimum 1 year) Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills Target-driven and result-oriented approach Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Ability to work independently and in a team environment
