We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Sales Manager in driving sales growth and meet business objectives. This role involves managing client relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring business targets and will be responsible for managing the
Trivandrum Region.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Manage and expand client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction
Identify new business opportunities and markets
Support the sales team with day-to-day operations and guidance
Prepare reports and track sales performance metrics
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Leadership qualities with a proactive approach.
