The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in maximizing hotel revenue by proactively sourcing new business, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The role focuses on corporate, MICE, and travel trade segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings.
Assist in developing sales strategies and promotional plans.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide tailored proposals.
Maintain updated records in CRM system.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of events and bookings.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities as required.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
