We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our sales team
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to lead a team to achieve sales targets
This role will involve both individual sales responsibilities and managerial duties
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:Assist the Deputy Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Lead by example by actively participating in sales activities and generating leads and revenue
Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
Understand client needs and tailor product/service offerings to meet their requirements
Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management
Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the sales process
Market Research and Analysis:Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for market expansion
Team Development:Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring sales team members
Sales Presentations:Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
