Assistant Sales Manager

to join our dynamic team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

Support the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies and driving overall sales performance.

Target Achievement:

Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution.

Team Coordination:

Assist in managing and mentoring a team of sales executives to ensure optimal productivity and motivation.

Lead Allocation:

Distribute incoming leads efficiently among team members to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.

Target Closure:

Monitor and ensure timely closure of sales leads, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Analysis:

Generate regular performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in sales or team management (experience in remote sales is a plus). Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively. Proficiency with CRM tools and digital collaboration platforms.
