What Makes a Good Candidate o

3-4 years of experience in retail lending, preferably asset-backed or vehicle finance

Comfortable working in a performance-driven, field-enabled environment Proficient in regional language(s) with working knowledge of English Familiarity with Excel & basic knowledge of computer, digital systems, CRMs, or loan processing tools Stable employment history (no job changes <1 year recently) The candidate must possess a two-wheeler or have access to a personal vehicle.
