Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Bengaluru.
Oversee sales operations within the assigned region.
Develop and implement sales strategies.
Ensure that sales targets are met.
Maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct market analysis for business insights.
Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
Qualifications
Strong sales skills, including experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
Team management and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships and collaborationwith internal teams.
Analytical skills for market analysis and performance evaluation.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills for tackling challenges in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in the real estate or prop tech industry is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
