Job Summary:

Vaibhav Groups is looking for a confident and customer-focused Assistant Sales Manager with experience in real estate sales, especially in plots/land development projects. The role involves handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, explaining project details, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Handling & Sales Activities

Handle walk-in and online inquiries for plot sales.

Explain project details, pricing, legality, and benefits to prospective buyers.

Conduct site visits with clients and ensure a smooth experience.

Convert leads into confirmed bookings and closures.

Maintain strong follow-up with prospects until payment completion.

Business Development & Lead Management

Work on lead generation through online platforms and field activities.

Identify and develop new sales opportunities and referral networks.

Maintain updated records in CRM and prepare weekly sales reports.

Coordination & Documentation

Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and events.

Assist clients with documentation, booking forms, and payment schedules.

Ensure clarity in terms of layouts, approvals, land records, and project information.

Target Achievement

Meet monthly booking targets and contribute to overall project revenue.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and site developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-4 years of experience in real estate sales (plots/land preferred).

Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.

Strong customer service orientation.

Ability to conduct site visits confidently and explain project details.

Good negotiation and closing skills.

Proficiency in basic computer tools (MS Office, CRM).

Female candidates only (as per company requirement).
