Job Description

Sales Strategy Development:

Creating and implementing sales plans to achieve revenue goals and occupancy targets.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including corporate clients, event organizers, and travel agents.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Identifying new business opportunities, making sales calls, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

Market Analysis:

Conducting market research to understand trends, identify opportunities, and stay ahead of the competition.

Collaboration:

Working closely with other hotel departments, like marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless guest experience and maximize revenue potential.

Performance Management:

Monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and providing regular reports to senior management.

Team Leadership:

Leading and motivating the sales team, providing training, and setting performance goals.

Event Coordination:

Working with clients to plan and execute events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong Sales Skills:

Proven ability to identify leads, close deals, and build relationships.

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and senior management.

Strategic Thinking and Planning:

Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.

Leadership and Team Management:

Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

Knowledge of the Hospitality Industry:

Understanding of hotel operations, sales processes, and market trends.

Negotiation Skills:

Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.

Proficiency in CRM Software:

Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage client data and track sales activities.
