Customer Relationship Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the market, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication with customers.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Healthcare service providers and product development teams to understand and align strategies.
Sales Orientation: Develop and implement practices towards effective sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze performance metrics for the team; identify opportunities for growth and monitor performance. Preferred Skills/Tools.
