1. Sales & Business Development
Identify new business opportunities from corporate, travel agents, MICE, and walk-in clients.
Conduct Daily Basic Sales Calls to prospective and existing clients to promote hotel services.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and referrals in a timely manner.
Visit potential clients to build business relationships and secure bookings.
Maintain and update a client database (CRM) with accurate contact details, call notes, and feedback.
2. Revenue Generation
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
Promote all hotel services including rooms, conference halls, banquets, and food & beverage services.
Negotiate corporate rates, group bookings, and special packages.
3. Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong professional relationships with key accounts and loyal customers.
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
Conduct client visits, site inspections, and hotel walkthroughs.
4. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with Front Office, Banquets, F&B, and other departments for smooth execution of bookings.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports and call logs to the Sales Manager.
