Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, connect with, and develop relationships with channel partners, real estate developers, architects, and other industry stakeholders.
2. Promote and market our services to targeted clients and partners.
3. Understand clients' project requirements and provide tailored solutions.
4. Prepare and present proposals, project timelines, and cost estimates.
5. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
6. Strategically plan outreach campaigns for channel partners and industry players.
7. Coordinate with the internal team for project preparation, follow-ups, and execution.
8. Maintain a detailed database of contacts, leads, and ongoing negotiations.
9. Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
10. Organise and participate in industry events, seminars, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1. Proven experience of at least 2 Years in sales, business development, or marketing within the construction or related industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant fields preferred.
3. Strong network within the real estate, architecture, and civil engineering sectors.
4. Basic understanding of construction processes, project lifecycle, and technical aspects.
5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
7. Goal-oriented with a drive for results.
