Manage and strengthen relationships with existing Channel Partners (Brokers / Associates) across the city
Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners to expand the sales network
Conduct regular site visits with channel partners and prospective clients
Coordinate with CPs for lead generation, follow-ups, and deal closures
Organize CP meetings, project briefings, and site walkthroughs
Ensure timely sharing of inventory details, pricing, offers, and project updates
Track leads received from channel partners and update CRM regularly
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Provide post-sales coordination support till booking and documentation
Gather market intelligence and competitor insights through CP interactions
Ensure high level of customer and channel partner satisfaction
