US, UK, North America, Europe, and Australia
. You will be responsible for generating and closing multimillion-dollar opportunities in diverse verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a sustainable client network across verticals such as
Retail, BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, Media, Tourism, Hospitality, Insurance, Real Estate/Mortgage, CPG, and Publishing
.
Drive market research and identify new territories for expansion.
Collaborate with delivery teams to align sales pipeline with business growth targets.
Build and lead a high-performing sales team to meet revenue and growth objectives.
Design and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance management of sales team members.
Provide insights on branding and go-to-market strategies to the marketing team.
Leverage lead generation platforms, databases, and social media to create qualified prospect lists.
Actively engage in social media marketing and thought leadership for brand visibility.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in international BPO sales, especially in
non-voice business acquisition
.
Experience in closing high-value or enterprise-level deals in global markets.
Strong understanding of BPO service offerings and customer needs across domains.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proactive, target-oriented, and highly motivated to drive international growth.
