Drive lead generation and conversion for non-motor products (fire, marine, property, liability, etc.).
Guide, support, and train Executive Sales team members.
Handle escalated client queries, negotiate terms, finalize deals.
Ensure accurate CRM record-keeping and pipeline reporting.
Analyze and report team performance, suggest improvements.
Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and customer support for seamless service.
Participate flexibly in sales activities across other segments if required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree; 2-5 years experience in non-motor/general insurance sales.
Leadership, mentoring, and advanced negotiation skills.
Strong product and market knowledge.
