Role Overview



As a Business Development Manager, you'll guide students in choosing the right career path by understanding their goals and matching them with suitable educational programs. This role combines consultative counseling, lead conversion, and career advising.

Key Responsibilities



Engage with students via calls, emails, and chats to understand their aspirations Recommend relevant programs and explain course structures and benefits Convert leads into enrollments through effective follow-ups Provide career advice on internships and placement pathways Maintain accurate records in the CRM and manage lead pipelines Conduct webinars, workshops, and info sessions Collaborate closely with the sales and academic teams

Lead-to-enrollment conversion rate Timely lead follow-ups and CRM updates Number of counseling sessions completed Team collaboration and lead sharing effectiveness
