Key Responsibilities
Engage with students via calls, emails, and chats to understand their aspirations
Recommend relevant programs and explain course structures and benefits
Convert leads into enrollments through effective follow-ups
Provide career advice on internships and placement pathways
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and manage lead pipelines
Conduct webinars, workshops, and info sessions
Collaborate closely with the sales and academic teams
