Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Coordination



Support the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies and achieving monthly and quarterly targets Handle inbound and outbound client communication via calls, WhatsApp, and email Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients Qualify leads and understand client requirements

Site Visits & Closures



Coordinate and schedule site visits with clients Assist during site visits and provide project information Follow up with clients post-visit to address queries and move towards closure Maintain a structured follow-up process

Sales Operations & Reporting



Maintain and update CRM with lead status and client interactions Track sales data, inquiries, and conversions Prepare basic sales reports for management review Coordinate with marketing for lead management and campaign follow-ups

Market & Product Knowledge



Stay informed about project details, pricing, payment plans, and approvals Understand local real estate market trends and competitor offerings Communicate value propositions clearly to clients

Internal Coordination



Coordinate with accounts, legal, and operations teams during the sales process Ensure proper documentation and smooth handover post-booking
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
