Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct and participate in
property site visits
with clients; ensure professional presentation of projects and proper client guidance.
Handle client inquiries, follow up promptly, and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
Coordinate with developers for project updates, pricing, inventory, and other related information.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, documentation, and CRM updates.
Support marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns to generate leads.
Negotiate deals, assist in closing sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong product knowledge of all ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Requirements:-
Mandatory real estate sales experience
(minimum 1-3 years preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to conduct site visits confidently and professionally.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of Gurgaon's real estate market will be an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline/ (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
