Job Title: Assistant Manager - Outbound International Holiday Sales

Summary:
The International Holidays Travel Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling the
company's travel products or services (e.g., tours, accommodations, transportation, etc.).
This role involves understanding different cultural nuances, conducting market research,
and developing tailored sales strategies for specific regions.
The incumbent will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships
with international clients and partners.
Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients in international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.
Collects payments, books travel arrangements and pays applicable fees.
Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations and refunds.
Promote and sell travel packages and services tailored to specific markets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Participate in international travel fairs, BTL activities and tourism events.
Stay updated on international travel trends and market dynamics.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client issues promptly.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
Strong understanding of international markets and cultural nuances.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
