Position Relationship Manager- Government Annuity Function Government Annuity Department Retirement Benefits Band 5/5A JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for achieving the targets for Retirement business through annuity along with protection/term plan in the assigned region. Responsible for executing the business plan by: ₹ Reaching out to prospective clients and presenting our products to the targeted audience ? Closing sale and following up on issuance ? Creating awareness about our products in State and Central Govt departments ? Update the sales process and maintaining the feedback of pre-exit database and increase the penetration of counter share ? Keen knowledge of protection business and maintaining active sales pipeline for the same. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for implementing the sales plan of the assigned region o Responsible for achieving sales targets from assigned region o Assist in launching & driving Government Annuity Business o Assist in evaluating their needs to help select the best solution o Prepare periodic sales reports Maintain database on Govt. and competitor information o Update the client's/ call reports accurately and efficiently and any competitor's information as suggested by Goverment Annuity team Continuously evaluate potential of Annuity Business in the region o Develop specific analysis parameters o Conduct analysis on the potential govt. departments and prepare reports for the Business Head o Collect competitor information on the Government Annuity Business Adhere to all Organization's policies and procedures Measures of Success: o Actual sales achieved vs the plan o Accuracy and timeliness of sales reports o Actual activity vs targeted activity o Accuracy of competitor information; up to date data o NPS/UPS sessions done vs Market share data for the counter KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Internal: o Business Heads o MLI HR & Sales Training Team o MLI Operations Team External: o Top Clients o All Stakeholders DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: ₹ Graduate/Master of Business Administration preferably in Sales, Marketing or Finance ? Min 1 year of relevant experience or 2 years' experience in Life Insurance
