Maintain a database of high-net-worth customers and drive repeat business.
Monitor competitor pricing, offers, and strategies to stay ahead in the market.
Suggest and execute in-store promotions, events, and limited-period offers.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, with the best-selling products highlighted.
Support store management in operational functions when needed.
