Job Description

Role & Responsibilities



Achieve sales targets for solar products and solutions. Generate leads and acquire industrial/commercial clients. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement assessments. Prepare proposals, BOQs, and commercial quotations. Negotiate terms and close solar deals. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution. Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Maintain sales pipeline, reports, and customer follow-ups.

Preferred Candidate Profile



0-5 years' experience in solar/EPC sales. Strong understanding of solar systems and components. Proven ability in lead generation and deal closure. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel.
